Data Instruction: Primary Stakeholder

The “primary stakeholder” represents a project’s current:

Shareholding company with 50+% project interests, or;

The party who dominates the project management for 50%:50% shareholding situation, or;

The largest shareholder (share percentage is below 50%).

This data can be used as a key word that helps you to search the whole database and find all the projects controlled (not solely owned) by one specific company.

You can add the data into following customized databases:
Gas Field, Unconventional Natural Gas (CBM & Shale Gas), Coal-to-Gas, Natural Gas Pipeline, LNG, CNG, Gas Chemical, Gas Power, City Gas, Oil Field, Oil Shale, Oil Sand, Refinery, Crude Oil Pipeline, Oil Products Pipeline, Oil Storage.

Data Instruction: Secondary Stakeholder

The “secondary stakeholder” represents a project’s current:

The party with second largest project interests, or;

The party who does NOT dominates the project management for 50%:50% shareholding situation, or;

This data can be used as a key word that helps you to search the whole database and find all the projects participated (not controlled) by one specific company.

You can add the data into following customized databases:
Gas Field, Unconventional Natural Gas (CBM & Shale Gas), Coal-to-Gas, Natural Gas Pipeline, LNG, CNG, Gas Chemical, Gas Power, City Gas, Oil Field, Oil Shale, Oil Sand, Refinery, Crude Oil Pipeline, Oil Products Pipeline, Oil Storage.

Data Instruction: Project Operator

“Project operator” represents the frontline company which runs the project. The operator may match one of the following situations:

It is project investor’s subsidiary (solely-owned or controlled), or;

It rents the project facility from the investor and has no affiliation to the latter.

Combining other data such as “primary stakeholder” and “project investor”, this data can jointly help to reveal the whole picture of a project’s participants.

You can add the data into following customized databases:
Gas Field, Unconventional Natural Gas (CBM & Shale Gas), Coal-to-Gas, Natural Gas Pipeline, LNG, CNG, Gas Chemical, Gas Power, City Gas, Oil Field, Oil Shale, Oil Sand, Refinery, Crude Oil Pipeline, Oil Products Pipeline, Oil Storage.

Data Instruction: Project Investor

“Project investor” may match one of the following situations:

It’s owner or controller of the project operator;

It is, in a group company, a higher management layer to which project operators directly report;

It owns the project facilities and rents them to project operator.

Combining other data such as “primary stakeholder” and “project operator”, this data can jointly help to reveal the whole picture of a project’s participants.

You can add the data into following customized databases:
Gas Field, Unconventional Natural Gas (CBM & Shale Gas), Coal-to-Gas, Natural Gas Pipeline, LNG, CNG, Gas Chemical, Gas Power, City Gas, Oil Field, Oil Shale, Oil Sand, Refinery, Crude Oil Pipeline, Oil Products Pipeline, Oil Storage.

Data Instruction: Company's Registered Information

“A couple of company registered information data are available to further introduce the “project operator” and “project investor”:

• Company Registered Name;

• Registered Capital;

• Established Time;

• Legal Representative;

• Company Status;

• Shareholders’ Namelist£»

• Ownership Type;

• Shareholders’ Invested Capital.

Data Instruction: Other Types of Data

We introduce here the most frequently and commonly used project data types. However, each type of project may also have its own unique data and parameters. You can click following links to learn detailed data type list of each project database:

• Gas Field

• CBM & Shale Gas

• Coal to Natural Gas

• Natural Gas Pipeline

• LNG Project

• CNG Supply Source

• Gas Chemical

• City Gas

Note: Some project data (such as exact output or consumption figure by year) are beyond the scope of our project database service since extra Industry research is required.

Data Instruction: Project Cotacts

“Project contacts”ata introduce project investor and project operator’sbusiness contact methods, including: company’s official registered name; telephone area code and phone number; company address; managing executive’s gender, name and official title etcc.

Data Instruction: Group Company Structure

On basis of the data type “primary stakeholder”, “group company structure” is used to make additional remark for oil field, gas field and city gas databases. This data helps to reveal management rights and structure within a group company. It represents:

The oil and gas E&P companies which belong to the same primary stakeholder, or;

City gas group company’s secondary level subsidiaries which manage the frontline project companies in a specific area, or;

Different and subsidiaries, within the same multi-business group, that independently invest in city gas business.

You can add the data into following customized databases:
Gas Field, City Gas, Oil Field.

Data Instruction: Geological Structure

The “geological structures” consist of a couple of geological location data, including project’s associated basin, primary/secondary structural unit and oil/gas bearing structure etc.

This type of data is uniquely used to introduce the geological location for upstream oil and gas E&P projects.

You can add the data into following customized databases:
